Chap Shoro (also popularly known as Hunza pie) is a rustic, hearty and yummy dish.It’s a cooked mixture of minced meat, spices and herbs sealed between two whole wheat flatbreads, and then cooked over a skillet with walnut or apricot oil.
Although, "Lakhman" is a Chinese dish but this is also an iconic Taste of Gilgit-Baltistan and widely liked accross Gilgit region. It is a dish of meat, vegetables, beans and pulled noodles from Chinese cuisine and Central Asian cuisine.
